Repartee Gallery is excited to have Utah Artist Joni Flint offering some of her work here in the Bountiful Gallery.Joni has been painting since she was 6 (that has been a while) and has a love of animals which comes through in her art. She owns more than a few horses and has spent a lot of time around rodeo events.
Joni has participated in State Fair and Cutting Horse activities where her observations are now becoming the object of her paintings

The colors in this next painting are more vivid in person. Cowboys for years have experienced the discomfort of the elements as they do their job. I've often thought being a Cowboy or Cowgirl would be relaxing and peaceful.Here I'm reminded of how hard and uncomfortable it really would be.
