What a great night we had. Some of our young art students came to see and talk to a real artist. For those of you who have not met Scott, he is very gracious and spent time with each fan.At the end of the show I received a call from a Grandmother of one of Scott's fans. She mentioned that her grandson has come to the show, met Scott, then went home and told his grandmother he had seen a " REAL ARTIST". She thanked us for having Scott, and thanked him for being so nice to a young boy.
Here Scott is explaining his creative process to a young family. It is fascinating to hear the details of creating these wonderful paintings.
The young girl was quite the artist herself. She and I drew a picture of a garden (complete with worms) while her parents decided on which books to purchase.
Scott did sign some extra books which we have in the Repartee Gallery.
